I know there are a lot of scotch purists out there who wouldn’t dare mix their beloved scotch with anything. But trust me, this scotch-tail I created with Aberlour 12 Year Old will change your mind. I kept it simple by adding lemon juice and spiced pear syrup and it’s divine. Thanks to my friends at Aberlour who were gracious enough to gift me this bottle.
